It's that time of year when our small town's population more than triples for five days in September. Yep, I'm talking about the SD State Fair. Grandma and Grandpa N. came to visit for the long weekend and we spent a few hours walking the fair grounds.

The traditional State Fair FFA petting zoo. Jack really liked the donkeys and Lexi took a closer look at all the puppies with Grandma N. There was even an exotic petting zoo this year...Jack got to feed a red kangaroo by hand (Lexi was conked out in the stroller).
Remember a similar picture from last year? Jack's head almost got stuck this year!
