Sam and his birthday cake. The cake started out in the shape of a whale, but completely fell apart during the frosting process. Todd did some quick improvising and turned the mutilated whale into the number "1." Turned out great!
Very excited to have his first taste of something sweetened. That's right...the first birthday cake is pretty much the first sugared food any of our kids have had. 
Yum! It"s love at first taste!
