Lake Bowdoin Rock Throwing

We took yet another trek down to Lake Bowdoin as soon as Todd got home from his week-long workshop in South Dakota.  It was a perfect evening to throw rocks into the water, and even a little big old muskrat was swimming nearby.

Sam looking for the perfect rock for chucking.

Hanging out with Dad after a week without him.

Gauge did a little swimming...er, splashing, as she was trying to "catch" the water.

I love all of the waterfowl pairing up for nesting now.  Here, I caught a pair of canvasback ducks swimming away from the landing.
