We've decided that it is time to start replacing our college/bachelorhood furniture. I came upon a deal in town and slapped down some hard-earned change for a custom-built solid oak entertainment system. It was time to let go of the giant veneer one handed down to us...it has served it's purpose well (and is still being used downstairs).
The old one, with the dog photo-bombing me like she always does.
The new one, which I love. It really opened up the living room and we have more space to move.
Next up, NEW FLOORING. We're saying so long to the stained/worn white carpet and welcoming wood floors in January. Can't wait!
