4-Month Check-Up: Alexis recently had her 4-month check-up with the pediatrician (although, she was really 4.5 months). She weighs 12.8 pounds (25%) and 24.5 inches long (50%). I realize that Lexi has grown more than 6 inches in four months!
The doctor scheduled an upper GI radiology test for Alexis to determine if her excessive spitting up/vomiting was due to a hernia or constriction. The test ruled out a hernia, but showed her reflux. The doctor is now considering a protein allergy in Lexi, so we are altering her "diet" with a special formula. Let's hope that this does the trick!
